Provides cross-functional administrative support to the Beth Israel Lahey Health Executive Recruitment Team with all transactional processing and data management for all aspects of hiring.

Job Description:

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists in all of the meeting scheduling and pre-boarding activities inclusive of new hire paperwork, liaison HR system input and employee files as necessary.

  • Maintains confidential HR system records and compiles reports as needed.

  • Provides project support for the Talent Acquisition team, which involves collaboration within and outside the department, coordination with employees and managers.

  • Assist the Executive Director of Executive Recruitment and Vice President of Talent Acquisition with all BILH DEI reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

  • Assist with filing and data maintenance of all forms of documents needed for verification of primary source verification.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required.

1-3 years related work experience required.

Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications, which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Written Communications:  Ability to communicate complex information in English effectively in writing to all levels of staff, management and external customers across functional areas.

Oral Communications:  Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to medical center staff, patients, families and external customers.

Knowledge:  Ability to demonstrate broad and comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts, practices and policies with the ability to use them in complex and/or unprecedented situations across multiple functional areas.

Team Work :  Ability to collaborate across teams to support projects or groups both internal and external to the Medical Center and across functional areas.

Customer Service:  Ability to lead operational initiatives to meet or exceed customer service standards and expectations in assigned unit(s) and/or across multiple areas in a timely and respectful manner.

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally
