The Registered Nurse (or LPN) role is now eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus. Important Details: Bonuses are paid out in $1,000 increments at 30 days, 6 months and at the 1 year anniversary. To be eligible, you must be a non-BILH employee or a previous eligible employee who returns to BILH after 1 year. Employee must be in good standing to receive the bonus at the time of payment. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes. This program is subject to change at any point.

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, performs patient triage and has patient care responsibilities in support of multiple health care providers. Performs clinical, technical and clerical duties to ensure quality patient care is provided. The Medical Office RN works in collaboration with the physician(s), other healthcare provider(s) and other clinical support staff within the department and with other disciplines to plan and coordinate the delivery of patient care. The Medical Office RN demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide expected standards of care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, spiritual, safety and age-appropriate considerations of patients. Responsibilities include health maintenance, teaching, counseling, collaborative planning and restoration of optimal functioning and comfort or for the dignified death of those they serve.

Education: Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing

Experience: Medical Office experience is preferred.

License/Certification: Current RN license to practice in state of Massachusetts. Must maintain BLS certification.
